Goal Setting
  1. Goals are the WHY we’re in business.
  2. Written goals will ensure that you remain focused on the activity each day moving forward.
  3. Without goals, your past creeps up and plays a role in present, bringing the past experiences, losses and influences into your reality, such that you continually get what’s always happened to you. The cycle continues... “Why does this always happen to me?” Those words ever come from your mouth? d. Goals are broken into four categories: Micro, Short-term, Medium-term and Long-term.
    • i. Micro – from today, out to 90 days, actions taken Daily.
    • ii. Short Term – from 90 days out to 12 months, actions taken Monthly.
    • iii. Medium Term – out to 5 years, actions taken Yearly.
    • iv. Long Term – out to 20 years, Review Yearly.
  4. Activity that you set should be outlined powerfully in your Diary, and stick to it as if your life depends on it.
  5. Prioritise your priorities, don’t let other peoples priorities take over yours.
  6. Share your goals with those people who can help you to achieve them.
